How Klik works

How does Klik work?

Shoot now, see later. Press the shutter, hear the klik, keep shooting. When you're ready, plug in via USB-C to see what you captured. No screen means no distractions.

What's the image quality like?

Klik is made to be retro, just like old school digital cameras. Real moments, not pixel-perfect shots. Think spontaneous and authentic rather than studio shots.

Do I need to develop the photos?

No! No need to develop anything. Just plug into your phone or computer via USB-C and have instant results.

Does it have a flash?

Yes. Turn on the flash for low light situations. Perfect for midnight moments and dark corners.

How many photos can it hold?

Klik holds up to 500 photos per run. Empty it out when you transfer them to your phone or computer and you're good to go for another 500 kliks.

What's included in the box?

Your Klik camera, USB cable for transfer, quick start guide, wrist strap & SD-card. Everything you need to start taking kliks.

How long does the battery last?

Shoot all day, charge overnight. Battery designed for extended adventures without the anxiety.

Is it durable enough for adventures?

My iPhone has a Lightning port.

Not directly. A USB-C to Lightning cable won't transfer your photos. You'll need to use an SD card reader with a Lightning adapter instead or plug it into your laptop / desktop.

Can I see my photos immediately?

No, and that's the point. No preview, no delete, no second-guessing. The surprise comes later when you rediscover what you captured.

Can I delete photos I don't want?

Not until you transfer them. Part of the magic—every klik counts, every moment matters.

Is KLIK safe to go through airport scanners?

Yes! KLIK doesn't use film, so it's completely safe to pass through airport X-ray scanners.

How many photos can it hold?

This camera stores up to 500 photos before you need to move them. Once transferred to your phone or computer, you're ready for another full round of captures.

How do I get my photos?

Connect with USB-C to your phone or computer and access your pictures directly from your device files. No apps, subscriptions, or accounts required.

What devices can I transfer to?

You can transfer photos to phones, tablets, and computers that support USB-C connections across major operating systems.

Do I need special software?

No special software is needed. Plug it in and access your photos like you would with a standard camera or storage device.

Can I share photos directly from the camera?

Transfer your photos first, then share them however you like. You stay in control of what gets posted and when.

What if my camera gets full?

Move your photos to free up storage and continue shooting. Each cycle supports up to 500 photos before another transfer is needed.

What's the SD card for?

Your photos are saved to the SD card first, making it easy to store and transfer them to your preferred device later.

Troubleshooting

My camera won't turn on

Check battery level—charge via USB-C if needed. Hold power button for 3 seconds. Still stuck? Contact support.

Photos won't transfer

Try a different USB-C cable or port. Ensure your device recognizes the connection. Restart both devices if needed.

Still not working? Contact support.

I lost my USB cable

Any standard USB-C cable works. Or contact support for a replacement if needed.

My camera shows an error message

Note the exact message and contact support. Include photos of the display if possible.

Can I cancel my order?

Contact support as soon as possible. If the order has not been processed yet, we will cancel it for you. After shipping, standard return policy applies.

Can I pre-order if out of stock?

Join the waitlist on the product page. We'll notify you when your Klik is ready to ship.

Can I change my shipping address?

Contact support immediately if your order hasn't shipped yet. Once shipped, contact your local carrier directly.

My order says delivered but I don't have it

I want to return my camera

Returns are accepted within the eligible return window. The product should be returned in its original condition. Contact support to begin the process.
